- Original tags and labels must be attached
- Product must be in original packaging
- No stains, perfume, makeup marks, or damage
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Innerwear and intimate wear
- Accessories and jewelry
- Gift cards
- Customized or made-to-order products
These items are marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and approval details. Do not send products back without return authorization, as they may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount is credited back to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation
